Job Description

  • Develop and Implement Key Account/Channel (Modern Trade) sales for Bosch Home Appliances for the allocated accounts as well as expand distribution network by opening new stores / channels
  • Manage sellout tools – schemes, sales promotions, promoters and provide strategic sales leadership
  • Create and implement an effective distribution expansion strategy to grow Bosch business in Indonesia
  • Provide the planning and leadership to the Promoters by ensuring that the appropriate structures, systems, competencies and values are developed to meet the Business Plan

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Master's Degree in Business or Marketing is an added bonus
  • Worked in an international company in a sales or business development function, preferably in the Domestic Appliances industry or Consumer Electronics min 7-10 years
  • Exposure to Modern Trade channel is a must. Knowledge of Built-in business is an added bonus
  • Fluent in written and spoken English + Bahasa
  • Computer Skills - MS Office proficient
  • Specific knowledge of both analytic and creative skills, leadership and coaching skills, interpersonal
  • communication, presentation skills, multi-tasking ability in a fast pace working environment
