• Define and drive product vision and strategy aligned with company goals and market opportunities
• Plan and execute product launches with sales and marketing to ensure market adoption
• Conduct market, competition, and user research; translate insights into product requirements and user stories
• Monitor market trends, legal requirements, and regulations
• Represent the company in technical and sectoral committees
• Develop product-based pricing strategies, market segmentation, and profitability analysis
• Support internal and external stakeholders (e.g. SEO content, catalogs, product tools)
• Maintain close contact with the field and lead product-related UX activities
• Review and release technical documentation

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field (Mechanical or Electrical/Electronics preferred); Master’s is a plus
• 5+ years of experience in Product Management and/or Business Development, preferably in HVAC
• Knowledge of heat pumps; PV and EV charging technologies are a plus
• Project management experience is an asset
• Strong analytical and reporting skills (MS Excel, PowerPoint; Power BI is a plus)
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Customer- and results-oriented, self-motivated, and resilient
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and regional teams
• Excellent command of English
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
