Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Bill to Cash (B2C) Process Consultant to join our SAP IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the planning, scoping, design, testing, implementation, rollout and support of SAP Order to Cash processes across the Mobility Aftermarket business division. You will collaborate with stakeholders to improve and optimize business processes and ensure the successful delivery of SAP projects and enhancements (R/3 as well as S/4).
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of SAP Bill to Cash / Order to Cash (SD module and related components) solutions.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP functional specifications.
- Design scalable solutions to address the global O2C business requirements.
- Integrate with other SAP modules like MM, FI, and WM, and external systems (e.g., CRM, e-commerce platforms).
- Lead workshops and gather requirements from business users and process owners.
- Create functional specifications for custom developments (RICEFW objects).
- Perform unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) support.
- Provide post-go-live support and continuous process improvement.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior SAP consultants or analysts.
- Document processes, enhancements and project-related artifacts.
- Stay current on SAP best practices and new technologies (e.g. S/4HANA, BTP, Cloud, etc).
- Effective collaboration with project and business organization with strong stake holder management skills
- Ability to navigate interpersonal conflicts professionally and contribute to solutions
- Ability to communicate assertively to ensure clarity, alignment and timely decision making
Qualifications
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information technology, Business administration, Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on SAP SD / O2C experience in R/3 and S/4 environments.
- Strong understanding of SAP SD business processes with key emphasis on: billing and invoicing process, intercompany billing, output management using adobe forms and smart forms, e-invoicing solutions, etc.
- Integration experience with vertex is a strong advantage and practical experience in S/4HANA global templates.
- Experience in full SAP lifecycle implementations and support.
- Understanding of EDI, IDocs, and third-party interfaces.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- SAP SD certification.
- Experience in global SAP rollouts.
- Familiarity with tools such as MFALM, SAP Solution Manager, Jira, ServiceNow, etc.
