Roles & Responsibilities :

Highly experienced frontend engineers (8+ years) who can build clinician-facing React/TypeScript applications in a MedTech regulated environment, using AI/LLM tools as core part of the development workflow. The expectation is 3–5x development acceleration using AI.

Key Requirements

1. Mandatory AI/LLM Expertise (Top Priority)

Candidates must demonstrate:

• Advanced prompt engineering

• Daily use of Claude Code, Claude Sonnet/Opus

• Proficiency with GPT-4/o1, Copilot, Cursor/Windsurf/Replit Agents

• Ability to run agentic workflows, AI-generated tests, documentation automation

• Clear evidence of AI-accelerated delivery (repos, demos, metrics)

2. Frontend Technical Skills

• React 19, TypeScript, Turborepo monorepo

• TailwindCSS, Storybook, Chromatic

• GraphQL + Apollo Client, GraphQL Codegen

• React state management (hooks, RHF, Zod)

• Auth0 authentication, JWT, access control

• Azure Communication Services integration

• Strong performance optimization and secure coding (OWASP, CSP)

3. Testing, Tooling & DevOps

• Vitest, React Testing Library, Playwright

• CI/CD with GitHub Actions

• Monitoring with Sentry

• Familiarity with Docker, pnpm, Vite

4. Domain & Collaboration Expectations

• Experience working in regulated environments (MedTech preferred)

• Strong communication, autonomy, and cross-functional collaboration

• Ability to contribute to design systems, accessibility, i18n, and data visualization
