As a part of sales and marketing support team, you will be a key member to help support our customers in professional motorsport series within North America. Your major tasks will include sales analysis & forecasting, supporting marketing activities, and North American motorsport market analysis.

Job Description

As the Motorsport Marketing Intern, you will play a vital role in supporting marketing initiatives, event coordination, and partnership activations. You will be involved in hands-on experience in motorsport activations, trade shows, vendor communication, creative content development, and data-driven decision-making to enhance marketing strategies.

Your key responsibilities will include: 

Event Coordination & Logistics

  • Lead early coordination efforts for motorsport activations and trade show participation.
  • Assist with race event coordination and support the team with logistics.

Partnership & Vendor Management

  • Support the planning and implementation of key partnership activations such as FSAE, WIMNA etc.
  • Assist with marketing related topics including branded goods and team gear.

Marketing & Communication

  • Assist with creative design for our different working locations.
  • Contribute to global and regional communications, including content production, event, and media relations.
  • Support sales team on customer and dealer communication.

Project Management & Process Improvement:

  • Monitor and track marketing expenditures.
  • Organizational / process improvements for marketing and project tracking.
  • Collaborate with Operations Lead to drive internal and external projects.
  • Engage with division wide collaboration to promote team alignment and unity.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s in a business related field.
  • Minimum 3.0 GPA.
  • Minimum 18 years of age.
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
  • Structured working approach to high quality standards.
  • Able to work independently and self-driven person.
  • Good attention to detail, decision making and problem solving.
  • Strong MS Office skills, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Motorsport interest/experience preferred (Race teams, FSAE, etc)
  • Ability to apply critical thinking skills to analyze problems and develop solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project Management tool experience (MS Project, Asana, Monday or others is a plus)
  • Motorsport interest/experience preferred (Race teams, FSAE, etc)
  • Copywriting experience is a plus.
