职位描述
- Responsible for order management process from order entry to delivery completion to achieve a speedy and efficient order flow.
- Work as independent contact window for key account customers
- Customer requirements management for order to cash process.
- Interface to multi-internal cross functions to execute as Go-To-Market key contact window for customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Share recurring problems with the relevant internal partners in order to find solutions and improve service level
- Lead order to cash process optimization
- Operational Excellence Central KPI management
- Complete other tasks assigned by manager
职位要求
- Bachelor degree or above in logistic management, min 2 years working experience in relevant industries.
- Have the holistic supply chain view
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into high-level analysis
- Familiar with SAP system and Excel/PPT/Power BI office software
- Fluent in English (international environment)
- Strong team player, pro-active, flexible, self-motivated, results driven, willing to take additional responsibilities, ability to influence, able to work under pressure.
