Job Description

Perform warranty analysis for assigned customer return parts as per internal guideline and identify the root cause for the failure

Responsible for preparing the analysis reports in DACHS and 8D report in SAP system

Responsible for closure of the complaints in SAP with all necessary documents and approval

Co-ordinate with CFTs to identify the root cause and support for process improvement

Responsible for seting up the warranty test setup for new projects/products

Responsible for performing PHA (Part Handling Analysis) at customer location

Responsible for joint investigation at customer location/Dealer location to identify/simulate the failure

Qualifications

BE (EEE / E&C) with 2-3 years of experience. EV knowledge is preferable.

Additional Information

Technical
-Should have knowledge on Automotive electronic components & very good understanding on schematics
- Should have good knowledge on testers and other PCB board level analysis tools
- Should have knowledge on 8D systematics & Knowledge on DOE
- Should have basic knowledge of different vehicle systems 
- Preferable to have good knowledge on Electric Vehicles and systems  (2W,3W & 4W)
