Testing of electrical systems such as module, rack voltage verification, SoC/SoH accuracy validation, cell balancing, temp, monitoring, battery protection functioning (over-vol., under volt, over current, short circuit, etc), Battery Management System communication.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related engineering fields.
• Strong knowledge of battery technology, including module/rack architecture, voltage/current characteristics, and protection mechanisms.
• Hands-on experience with testing activities such as:
  • Voltage verification (module/rack level)
  • SoC / SoH accuracy validation
  • Cell balancing behavior verification
  • Temperature monitoring accuracy
  • Battery protection tests (over-voltage, under-voltage, over-current, short circuit, thermal protection, etc.)
• BMS communication testing (CAN, LIN, UART, or other protocols)
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and system architecture documents.
• Solid understanding of Verification & Validation (V&V) of embedded systems.
• Strong troubleshooting skills to identify defects in hardware–software interactions.
• Proficiency in test case creation, execution, defect logging, and analysis.
• Language: English + Mandarin (HSK4)
• Experience working directly with contract manufacturers in China (nice to have)
