Passionate about agile methodologies and organizational transformation? We're seeking an Agile Master Trainee to join our dynamic team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to learn from experienced Agile Masters, contribute to real-world projects, and integrate agile practices across our development teams. Your contribution to something big:

• Agile Facilitation: Support and moderate agile ceremonies for multidisciplinary teams;
• Knowledge Management: Create and maintain agile documentation, best practices, and training materials;

• Metrics & Insights: Collect, analyze, and report key agile metrics for data-driven decisions;

• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (oral and written);
• Tool Interest: Eagerness to learn Jira, Confluence, Miro, PowerBI, and SharePoint.
