    our Role as a Commercial-Accounting:

    You will be an integral part of our finance function within the commercial department, providing essential support and gaining invaluable experience in:

    • Month-End & Year-End Processes: Providing crucial support in the preparation and execution of month-end and year-end financial closing procedures.
    • Daily Finance & Accounting Routines: Assisting with daily finance and accounting tasks, ensuring smooth and accurate operations within a complex organizational structure.
    • Budgeting & Forecasting: Supporting the preparation of budgeting and forecasting cycles, providing insights into future financial performance, and analyzing the impact of economic factors and sales drivers.
    • Material Costing: Contributing to the process of material costing runs, ensuring accurate cost allocation.
    • Financial Reporting & Analysis: Preparing and posting monthly journals, accruals, and reconciliations, and supporting internal management reports for KPI meetings.
    • Fixed Asset Management: Maintaining fixed asset registration and ensuring accurate records.
    • Intercompany Transactions: Preparing and supporting charge-outs of services/costs to other Bosch entities.
    • Data Management: Assisting with master data clearing to maintain data integrity.
    • Audit Assistance: Providing support during audit processes.

     

    Qualifications

    What We're Looking For:

    We're seeking highly motivated individuals with a strong aptitude for finance, a keen eye for detail, and a desire to influence business strategy. To thrive in this role, you will need:

    • Educational Excellence: A Bachelor's  or Master’s degree in Accounting and Finance, with current study towards CPA/CA accreditation considered a significant advantage.
    • Strong Business Acumen: A deep understanding of business principles, market dynamics, and how financial decisions impact overall company performance, including an awareness of economic factors and sales drivers.
    • Exceptional Communication & People Skills: The ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and concisely, present effectively to diverse audiences, and build strong relationships within a complex, matrix organization and with leadership.
    • Powerful Presentation Skills: Strong PowerPoint skills are essential for creating compelling reports and presentations that convey financial insights and support strategic recommendations.
    • Exceptional Attention to Detail: A high level of thoroughness and accuracy in all tasks, ensuring reliable financial data.
    • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint applications. Experience with SAP is advantageous.
    • Proactive & Organized: The ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and ensure timely delivery of financial processes.
