Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities :
Design and develop end-to-end software solutions for secure communication integration with FMO systems.
Work across the full stack (backend, frontend, APIs, databases, and cloud integration).
Collaborate with hardware, communication, and systems engineering teams to ensure smooth integration of secure communication devices.
Implement software to ensure resilience, reliability, and security in mission-critical environments.
Optimize performance for real-time communication and mission operations.
Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and system testing.
Document and maintain software designs, workflows, and integration guidelines.
Qualifications
Educational qualification:
B.E/B.Tech
Experience :5-8 years
Mandatory/requires Skills :
5+ years of experience in full stack software development.
Proven expertise in backend and frontend frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Python, Go, Java, React, Angular, or similar).
Hands-on experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and API development/integration.
Strong understanding of cloud platforms (Google Cloud, AWS, or Azure).
Familiarity with FMO software development or mission-critical systems.
Knowledge of secure communication protocols and best practices.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork in a remote environment.
Preferred Skills
Experience in aviation, aerospace, or defense applications.
Familiarity with real-time systems and distributed architectures.
Exposure to DevOps/CI-CD practices and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
