・必須要件：

• ネイティブレベルの日本語力
• 普通自動車MT免許（入社までに取得必須）
• 車の運転に慣れている方
• 自動車工学の基礎知識
• 物理力学の基礎知識
• 基礎的なソフトウェアスキル（C、C++、Matlabのいずれか読めること）

歓迎要件：
　・カートや自動車レース経験者

　・TOEIC 600点程度以上
