Job Description
Supply Planner focus on North America market is responsible to secure the availability of Mobility Aftermarket spare parts, considering customer service level and inventory budget targets to stir supplier performance (tracking, weekly calls, escalations) and drive improvement of the delivery performance.
This role is also responsible for the development and implementation of continuous-improvement initiatives supporting the planning function. This role is also a cross-functional role, requiring communication and cooperation with counterparts in Marketing, Sales, IT, Physical Logistics, Accounting, Plant Production and key-vendor contacts.
Responsibilities:
• Secure delivery from plants/suppliers, answer to customer requests, verify standardized parameters and make corrections if needed.
• Contact person of supply planning topics to other cross-functions. Ex: purchasing, marketing, quality, sales.
• Responsible for demand forecast and planning procurement schedules, as well for inventory and deliveries.
• Follow up of the supply chain by monitoring processes with defined KPI´s, including handling of quality complaints and escalation management in case of late deliveries.
• Use of KPI´s to detect and analyze weak points. Definition of measures and follow up.
• Negotiate delivery schedules with plants and suppliers and secure delivery in time towards customers.
• Using IT systems (SAP) for spare parts planning. Check availability of parts in other warehouse locations. Initiate repackaging of parts or relocation to optimize stocks.
• Responsible for standardized planning processes using an automatic alert based planning system (SAP).
• Control inventory level according to target deployment, continuously optimize inventory structure via appropriate planning approaches. Ex. SAP initiatives, MRP parameter adjustment, excessive stock avoidance.
• Logistics contact window for production relocation projects on supporting logistics tasks, such as: system update ,monitoring buffer stock and customer demand, risk analysis, etc.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, or Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
• 2+ years of Supply Planning
• Strong proficiency in SAP APO
• Problem Solving mindset
• Highly analytical and detail-oriented
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Proficient in MS Office (excel
• Fluent English to communicate and discuss business topics with different management levels and multiple locations

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $81,000 - $90,000. Within the range, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc.
