Bosch Research in India seeks an experienced and innovative Agentic AI Architect to architect and lead development of advanced workflows within open systems. The role requires expertise in defining, adapting, deploying, and migrating workflows similar to platforms like PowerAutomate and n8n, tailored to the Bosch ecosystem. You will play a pivotal role in integrating individual workflow components (e.g., ForML-S) and leading migration strategies to open systems, ensuring seamless data transition.

Key Responsibilities

Workflow Architecture and Deployment

  • Architect scalable and robust agentic AI workflow systems within open environments.

  • Define, design, and adapt workflow structures compatible with Bosch’s enterprise infrastructure.

  • Integrate individual workflow components, ensuring efficient interoperability (e.g., ForML-S).

  • Develop strategies and execution plans for workflow deployment across Bosch’s global infrastructure.

Migration Strategy

  • Lead the migration path design from legacy systems to modern, open workflow platforms.

  • Develop comprehensive data migration strategies, ensuring data integrity, security, and minimal operational disruption.

  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to identify migration risks and propose mitigation strategies.

Technical Leadership and Stakeholder Management

  • Drive technical alignment and communication across multiple Bosch teams, including engineering (VM, XC), IT, and infrastructure teams.

  • Lead technical discussions, manage stakeholder expectations, and effectively communicate architectural decisions.

  • Promote engineering excellence through best practices, documentation, and knowledge sharing.

Hands-on Engineering and Innovation

  • Actively engage in hands-on coding and prototyping to demonstrate feasibility and scalability.

  • Leverage deep AI/ML expertise, particularly in agent-based architectures, to enhance workflow efficiency.

  • Foster innovation and proactively address ambiguity in technology choices and system designs.

Qualifications

Educational qualification:

B.Tech. or Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields

Experience:

  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in engineering, cloud infrastructure, AI, and systems architecture.

  • Proven experience delivering enterprise-grade AI solutions and workflows in large-scale deployments.

  • Demonstrable experience in migration projects, cloud deployments, and system-level architecture.

  • PMT / System Integration experience is big plus

Mandatory/requires Skills:

  • Programming: Python (mandatory), Java, JavaScript, or other relevant languages.

  •  

    Workflow Management: Experience with workflow automation tools like PowerAutomate, n8n, Apache Airflow, or similar.

  • Cloud Infrastructure: AWS, Azure, or GCP, including scalable deployments and cloud-native architecture.

  • AI/ML Frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, and agentic AI methodologies.

  • Data Migration: Robust understanding of data migration frameworks, ETL processes, and data integrity management.

Preferred Skills :

  • Strong understanding of Bosch-specific engineering practices (VM, XC) and IT infrastructure constraints.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to manage ambiguity.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively manage internal and external stakeholders.
