Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to join our logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, ensuring accurate documentation, and maintaining smooth communication between internal departments and logistics partners. This position offers a great opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic, international environment.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Oversee and monitor daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
 - Coordinate the receipt, control, and accounting of goods deliveries in SAP, including maintenance of material master data.
 - Support stock control, investigate discrepancies, and assist in resolving process deviations.
 - Prepare and verify documentation for accounting and logistics processes.
 - Manage correspondence and ensure proper document flow within the warehouse.
 - Cooperate with internal departments and logistic service providers to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
 - Assist in developing reports, performance summaries, and administrative procedures.
 - Contribute to process improvements and optimization of warehouse structure.
 - Support the implementation of new processes and systems within the warehouse.
 
Qualifications
- University degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
 - Minimum 3–5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics coordination.
 - Knowledge of warehousing and inventory control processes.
 - Experience with SAP or other Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
 - Strong organizational and documentation skills.
 - Team-oriented and proactive mindset.
 - Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail.
 - Good command of English and Polish (B2 or higher); German language is an asset.
 - Experience in 3PL or international logistics environment will be considered an advantage.
 - Willingness to develop within a dynamic and international setting.
