Your contribution to something big:

• Negotiate and coordinate production planning with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient capacity and resource utilization.

• Develop, implement, and continuously update the production plan in alignment with annual sales forecasts and operational goals.

• Manage production leveling activities and monitor key performance indicators to secure on-time delivery and productivity targets.

• Oversee customer shipments and proactively manage bottlenecks to maintain delivery performance and customer satisfaction.

• Actively contribute to industrialization and continuous improvement initiatives, driving process optimization and efficiency across the production flow.

What distinguishes you:

Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Management, or a related technical field.

Experience:

• Hands-on experience with production processes, quality tools, and Lean Manufacturing principles.

• Exposure to manufacturing planning and process improvement within an industrial or automotive environment is an advantage.

Know-how & Skills:

• Proficient in SAP and MS Office tools.

• Strong analytical, negotiation, and decision-making skills.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with the resilience to perform under pressure in dynamic environments.

Languages:

• Fluent in English (spoken and written). German is an advantage.

Personality & Working Style:

• A critical and creative thinker with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

• Comfortable working in a collaborative, cross-functional, and fast-paced environment.

• Open to occasional travel as required by the role.
