Job Description
Your contribution to something big:
Negotiate and coordinate production planning with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient capacity and resource utilization.
Develop, implement, and continuously update the production plan in alignment with annual sales forecasts and operational goals.
Manage production leveling activities and monitor key performance indicators to secure on-time delivery and productivity targets.
Oversee customer shipments and proactively manage bottlenecks to maintain delivery performance and customer satisfaction.
Actively contribute to industrialization and continuous improvement initiatives, driving process optimization and efficiency across the production flow.
Qualifications
What distinguishes you:
Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Management, or a related technical field.
Experience:
Hands-on experience with production processes, quality tools, and Lean Manufacturing principles.
Exposure to manufacturing planning and process improvement within an industrial or automotive environment is an advantage.
Know-how & Skills:
Proficient in SAP and MS Office tools.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with the resilience to perform under pressure in dynamic environments.
Languages:
Fluent in English (spoken and written). German is an advantage.
Personality & Working Style:
A critical and creative thinker with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
Comfortable working in a collaborative, cross-functional, and fast-paced environment.
Open to occasional travel as required by the role.
