Roles & Responsibilities :
Leading and managing the complete gamut for the FCM function for BGSW's Coimbatore offices.

• Responsible for stakeholder management with location POCs and leaders based in COB along with vendor management.

• Vendor, builder & SEZ communication 

• Facilities Management with projects experience from a construction & fit-out standpoint

• Managing location budgets, spaces, transport services, hygiene management, security services, energy management, health/safety and environment management
   

Educational qualification:

• Fulltime BE /B.Tech (Civil, Mech)

• MBA in relevant discipline

• 15-20 years of relevant experience in leading and managing the function of Facilities Management with large global IT organization.
