a) Requirement Analysis

• Analyzed Statements of Requirements (SOR), communicated technical details with customer and defined software/hardware specifications and testing criteria. Transfer customer requirements into actionable development plans.
• Utilized requirement management tools (e.g., DOORS, ALM) for system requirement organization and traceability analysis.

b) Development Oversight:

• Monitored software development timelines, conducted requirement clarification sessions with software teams, and performed risk assessments to mitigate technical challenges.
• Supported testing phases, including test case execution and defect resolution.

c) System Engineering Documentation:

• Managed system engineering documentation and optimized workflow processes.

d) Customer Support:

• Assisted customer in low-voltage power grid system integration and LIN communication protocol development.
• Conducted vehicle installation compatibility checks and functional validation to ensure alignment with customer specifications.
• Addressed customer complaints and provided technical support for production line issues.

e) Ad-hoc Tasks:

• Executed additional tasks delegated by leadership to ensure project success
