Job Description

 

  • Develop and execute design, artwork, layout, and formatting for promotional materials, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with universities to implement employer branding initiatives.
  • Create and curate social media content that aligns with organizational objectives and enhances brand perception.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure consistent brand representation across all platforms.
  • Conduct ongoing research and analysis of social media trends to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Compose, edit, and refine written materials to maintain clarity, consistency, and brand voice.
  • Perform thorough proofreading and copywriting to uphold the highest standards of communication.
  • Provide comprehensive support for employer branding events and projects, from conception to execution.

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor's degree (preferably completed or in final year of study)
  • Strong event planning and partnership development skills
  • Proficiency in creating engaging social media content
  • Ability to identify and analyze current trends in social media and employer branding
  • Experience with data analysis and content performance metrics
  • Proficient in design software such as Canva and video editing tools like CapCut
  • Working knowledge of Excel and data analysis techniques
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong copywriting skills
  • Fluency in both Bahasa and English
  • Demonstrated teamwork abilities and a proactive learning attitude
  • Creative problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

Candidates are required to submit a portfolio showcasing their social media content creation and/or design work as part of the application process.

  • Full-time paid internship for 8 months (November 2025-June 2026). 
  • Will not graduate during the internship program.
