1. Focus on future motor control platform & related technology feasibility study
专注于未来工具的电机控制平台及相关技术的可行性研究
2. Systematically conduct technology scouting & exploration based on company strategy development direction & real context, work with related experts on topic of “next generation E motor & E motor drive”
与相关领域专家一起,基于公司战略发展方向及实际情境对未来电机电控平台进行系统化的技术搜寻与探索
3. Define or refine motor and motor controller’s boundary & constraint, based on input from user application/product team planning/future technology development trend
基于客户需求、产品团队规划及未来技术发展趋势,定义或完善电机及相关控制器的设计边界
4. Develop related key motor control algorithm and controller based on new motor platform concepts requirements including software realization and hardware realization together with motor control hardware engineer
基于新电机平台概念,开发出关键控制算法及控制器,包括软件实现及硬件实现(与电机控制硬件工程师一起完成)
5. Share technical insight regularly, and support motor control application engineers for ongoing development projects regarding problem solving or joining technical reviews with expertise.
定期进行知识分享,并支持其他电机控制应用工程师解决相关技术问题或参与技术审核
6. Responsible for preparation of the technical documentation and filing
负责相关技术文档编写及归档
职位要求
1. Electric machines and electric apparatus, power electronics and power drives, automation or related majors, master degreee and above required
电机与电气,电力电子与电力传动、自动化等相关专业,硕士以上学历
2. At least 2 years experiences in motor control. Solid basic knowledge of control theory, e.g. automatic control theory, modern control theory and application, linear control theory, nonlinear control theory etc.
至少两年以上电机控制开发经验, 熟悉掌握基本的控制理论知识,如自动控制原理、现代控制理论、线性控制理论和非线性控制理论等
3. Strong technical knowledge in electromagnetic principle of different kinds of motors as BLDC motor, PMSM, Synchronous reluctance motor, switched reluctance motor etc.
深入理解各种电机的电磁工作原理,如无刷直流电机、永磁同步电机、同步磁阻电机、异步电机和开关磁阻等
4. Proficiency in motor control, such as six-step square control, field oriented control, direct torque control, flux weaken control, sensorless control as observer and high frequency injection method, energy optimized control, fault diagnosis and protection and so on.
精通电机控制算法,如六步方波控制,矢量控制,直接转矩控制,弱磁控制,无传感器控制如观测器和高频注入法,系统最优效率控制等,故障诊断与保护等
5. Ability to abstract the concept according to the application and control requirements, theory analyzing, derivation as well as stability proof. Skills in concept proof, feasibility simulation with Matlab/Simulation platform, software development, debug and test.
根据系统需求做理论分析、提出解决方案并做理论推导和稳定性证明。具备概念验证能力,会使用Matlab/Simulink对解决方案的可行性进行仿真,同时具备软件开发、调试及测试能力
6. Keep up with the knowledge of state-of-art principles and theories in motor and motor control
对电机及其控制学术前沿具有浓厚的兴趣和高度敏感性
7. Developing experience using STM32 series ARM micro-processor is preferred.
具有STM32系列ARM微控制器开发经验优先
8. Good at time management & system thinking, self-motivated, strong ownership, open mind, fast learning and team player

9. Good English skills (Reading, Writing, Conversation)
