• Operate and further develop our big and complex Virtual Servers Environment for EMEA and APAC based on Nutanix,
• Be part of our global 3rd level team (Poland, Germany, Brazil, USA),
• Work with Nutanix AHV and AOS,
• Troubleshooting complex issues and include the vendor support if needed,
• Provide subject matter expertise for the team, our internal customers and projects,
• Consult the customers which have special requests,
• Support the team on various operation activities like lifecycle or capacity management,
• Further improve our environment (e.g. improve capacity management).

• Technical knowledge in Nutanix advantageous, but we also welcome vmware admins which are open to learn something new,
• Proven analytical thinking and strong problem-solving abilities,
• Fluent in English (written and spoken),
• Work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment,
• Effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high pressure environment,
• Team orientated, willing to share knowledge and collaborate with peers. Able to work within the regional and global departmentalized support teams,
• Nutanix or vmware certification advantageous.
