A Cloud DevOps Engineer is responsible for implementing and managing DevOps practices in an organization's cloud environment. This role focuses on bringing development and operations teams together to optimize the software development cycle and accelerate the delivery of applications and services. The goal is to implement continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD), promote automation and ensure that the infrastructure is scalable, robust and cost-efficient.

Skills:

• Working knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud Experience

• Knowledge of infrastructure as code (IaC) with tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation, CDK

• Working knowledge of CI/CD tools and processes including AWS Code suite

• Ability to collaborate with development and operations teams

• Knowledge of container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes

• Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana and ELK-Stack Basic

• Knowledge of programming and scripting languages (e.g. Python, Bash, PowerShell)

• Good hands-on experience in Azure infrastructure components (server, storage, network, database, and Monitoring tool for Azure Monitor) to deliver end to end Cloud Infrastructure engagements that includes assessment, design and migrations.

• Troubleshoot and resolve deployment, integration, and automation issues across environments.

• Excellent troubleshooting skills for build, deployment, and infrastructure issues.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Educational qualification:

• BE, BTech, BCA, BSc (IT) MCA, MBA (IT) and MSc(IT)
