In this role, you will act as the Controlling Function for AI Value Creation & Steering. You will be responsible for evaluating, tracking, and steering AI value cases and ensuring that each initiative contributes measurable impact to Bosch’s business performance.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Steering of Cost-Benefit Calculation

• Lead the financial evaluation of AI initiatives through detailed cost-benefit analyses.
• Develop and standardize scalable business case methods for AI value cases.
• Design predictive models to estimate ROI and monitor financial performance of AI projects.
• Analyze value chains to uncover high-potential AI opportunities.

2. KPI Development and Value Realization

• Define and implement KPI frameworks to measure AI value creation.
• Integrate realized value into financial reporting and strategic planning.
• Ensure transparency and accountability in AI impact assessments.

3. Value Steering and Tracking

• Establish robust mechanisms for tracking AI value delivery across the organization.
• Conduct post-implementation validation checks and deep-dive assessments.
• Provide regular insights and reporting to executive leadership.

We are looking for a strong strategic and operational expert who combines controlling expertise with AI-driven business innovation.

Your profile includes:

• Proven experience in controlling, performance steering, or value management within a global, complex organization.
• Deep expertise in business case development, financial analysis, and KPI frameworks.
• Background in AI strategy, digital transformation, or advanced analytics.
• Technical understanding of ERP systems, data & AI tech stacks, and architectures.
• Skilled in managing cross-functional teams and international stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, strategic, and execution capabilities.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, fluent in English (German preferred).
• Experienced with MS Office, agile methods, and state-of-the-art AI tools.
• International mindset with hands-on experience in global collaboration.
