As a ServiceNow Intern, you will support the development and configuration of the ServiceNow platform under guidance from senior developers. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates looking to start a career in enterprise software development.

Job Description 

• Developing, configuring, and customizing the ServiceNow platform to fit business requirements. Support in developing, configuring, and customizing the ServiceNow platform under supervision.
• Assist in gathering and analyzing business requirements with cross-functional teams.
• Write clean and maintainable code/scripts with guidance from mentors.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging activities.
• Help in preparing documentation for configurations, workflows, and custom logic.
• Learn and explore new modules and features of ServiceNow through training and hands-on tasks
• Stay updated on trends and technologies related to the ServiceNow ecosystem.

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of JavaScript, HTML/CSS, or other scripting languages.
• Interest in enterprise platforms like ServiceNow and willingness to learn.
• Familiarity with software development concepts or methodologies (Agile/Scrum is a plus).
• Eagerness to learn about ITSM, Workflows, and Business Logic.

• Hands-on experience with one of the most in-demand enterprise platforms.
