• Bosch first started in Vietnam with a representative office in 1994. Bosch has its main office in Ho Chi Minh City, with branch offices in Hanoi and Da Nang, and a Powertrain Solutions plant in the Dong Nai province to manufacture pushbelt for continuously variable transmissions (CVT) in automobiles. In addition, Bosch operates a software and engineering R&D center (Robert Bosch Engineering and Business Solutions Vietnam Co., Ltd).
• In July 2014, Bosch set up a new Automotive R&D Center, located in Ho Chi Minh City. • Assist in designing and training machine learning models across multiple domains (tabular data, computer vision, NLP/LLM).

Education & Background

• Student in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• Technical Skills (Preferred)
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Familiarity with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, OpenCV, Hugging Face, etc.
• Basic knowledge of machine learning concepts, optimization, and evaluation metrics.
• Understanding of APIs and exposure to cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
• Hands-on experience with Git for version control.
• Familiarity with containerization and deployment platforms such as OpenShift.
• Knowledge of agile practices and CI/CD is an advantage.

We are seeking an enthusiastic AI Engineer Intern to join our Automotive R&D Center. As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience working with cutting-edge machine learning technologies — from classical ML on tabular data to image processing, computer vision, and large language models (LLMs). You will help build intelligent systems that can automatically extract information from documents (PDF, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and the internet, develop chatbot solutions, and contribute to automating testing processes in production. This role provides exposure to real-world applications of AI within the automotive industry while working closely with product owners, software developers, and data engineers in an agile environment using Azure DevOps.
