Job Description

  • Prepare, lead, and execute workshops with our teams on topics like Stibo MDM data modelling, roles & workflows, data migration, interfacing. 
  • Oversee and manage integrations with SAP R/3, S/4HANA & Non-SAP systems, utilizing both push-based integration patterns (e.g., Solace) and pull-based methods (e.g., REST/GraphQL) to ensure seamless data flow and system synchronization. 
  • Take ownership of end-to-end technical challenges and lead critical troubleshooting efforts across multiple systems, ensuring high-quality, timely resolutions and seamless system integration.
  • Provide technical leadership to project teams who are working on the configuration and implementation of our Stibo STEP MDM solutions.

Qualifications

Personality: 

A motivated, committed, and communicative individual who thrives on hands-on involvement, takes ownership of tasks, and enjoys actively contributing to problem-solving. You should have a passion for driving results through direct interaction with people and a proactive approach to making a difference.

Experience and knowledge:

  • Completed university degree in computer science or comparable professional experience.
  • Deep understanding of Stibo Systems Enterprise Platform (STEP), with a strong hands-on technical background.
  • Several years of experience in advising on MDM relevant topics and E2E processes.
  • A technical background with experience in the configuration of MDM systems and extensive knowledge of different MDM domains, data modelling, workflows and API technologies.
  • Experience in moderating workshops with international customers, suppliers and stakeholders across all hierarchical levels.
  • Excellent English skills.
