Job Description
- You will assist our multinational HR department with administrative support in Payroll
- You will develop experience working in one of the functional areas with the opportunity to work on cross-functional tasks as well.
- You will be working side-by-side with experienced HR colleagues in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Sick leave paper and other social insurance related documents handling
- Processing the requests of the employees
- Supporting the full-time colleagues in different processes (e.g. exit, monthly payroll)
- Arranging the post
- Archiving
- Ad-hoc administrative tasks
Qualifications
- You have an active full-time student status at a college or university, pursuing a BA or MA degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
- You can work with us for a period of at least 6 months, for at least 30 hours per week
- You have good command of English and Hungarian languages
- You are enthusiastic to develop yourself in the field of HR, while being able to demonstrate excellent administrative and organizational skills
