[XC_AS] System Architect for ADAS / システムアーキテクト ADAS (システム開発)

Job Description

Defining and documenting the overall system architecture for ADAS features, including hardware and software components and communication interfaces
Collaborating with different engineering teams (software, hardware, testing, validation) to ensure seamless integration and implementation of the system architecture
Leading system design discussions and making architectural decisions based on technical feasibility, performance requirements, and cost constraints
Analyzing customer requirements and translating them into system-level specifications
Staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in ADAS technologies and incorporating them into the system architecture
Contributing to technical proposals and acquisitions for new ADAS projects
Mentoring junior engineers and providing technical guidance

ADAS技術における最新の進歩を常に把握し、それらをシステムアーキテクチャに組み込む
新しいADASプロジェクトに関する技術提案や案件獲得への貢献
若手エンジニアの指導育成と、技術的な助言の提供

Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
5+ years of experience in system architecture design and development, preferably in the automotive industry
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts
Fluent in English and Japanese on business level

Preferred:

Strong understanding of ADAS technologies, including sensor fusion, perception, planning, and control
Experience with automotive communication protocols (CAN, Ethernet, etc.)
Proficiency in system modeling tools (e.g., MATLAB/Simulink, Enterprise Architect, LemonTree, Git).
