As the Director, you will:

• Lead and grow a high-performing semiconductor engineering team across Espoo and Oulu
• Drive the ASIC development, with some SW and Sensor integration for ASIC products for MEMS-based sensors
• Collaborate closely on product development with international teams, including our headquarters in Germany
• Drive hiring activities, mentor team members, and foster a culture of innovation and excellence
• Provide strategic and technical leadership, as well as technical and methodological guidance, to ensure timely, high-quality project delivery

• A strong academic background in STEM and deep understanding of IC product development
• Proven experience leading engineering teams in a global, cross-functional environment
• A successful proven track record of delivering complex semiconductor products
• A well-established network within Finland’s semiconductor ecosystem
• Education: B.Sc., M.Sc., or PhD in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Languages: Fluent in English (C1); Finnish and German are a plus
