Job Description

1. Regular communication with key customers for market trend and demand situation. Considering customer behavior, adjust and fulfill demand mainly based on logistic agreement. 定期和关键客户沟通市场及需求情况,澄清&核查客户需求,基于物流协议规范,调整并满足客户需求;

2. Customer order management ( order receiving, confirming and changing),discussion with customers for order and delivery status, summarize detail information, provide to related department to ensure satisfying customer real demand; 客户订单处理(订单接收,确认,变更),与客户讨论订单以及交付情况,汇总详细信息,并提供给相应部门,以确保满足客户的真实需求;
3. Shipping management,coordinate whole supply chain to ensure shipping on time & achieve the sales target. Solving customer escalation case with team manager, to minimize the impact for customer production;发货管理,协调整个供应链以确保按时发货并实现销售目标,与部门经理共同解决来自客户的升级事件,最小化对客户生产的影响;
4. Update relevant report, such as demand forecast/sales chance chasing/ OTD / Past due /; 维护相关报告,例如需求预测,销售机会追踪表,准时发货表,拖期表等
5. Balance the supply chain in a healthy situation consider Quality, Cost and Delivery
综合考虑质量,交付,成本因素,确整个供应连良性健康运转
6. Lead CIP projects in planning area to improve the planning efficiency and effectiveness
持续改进,提高计划的可靠性和有效性

Qualifications

1. Experience & Technical Knowhow
- Above 5 years working experience, thereof 3+ years in the logistics area,demand planning & order fulfillment
- ERP and other IT system knowledge e.g. SAP, EDI, eKanban...
- Office software (Excel, PPT, PowerBI, RPA, other planning tools...)
- Lean production and lean logistics knowhow
5年工作经验 / 3年以上客户需求管理&订单处理相关领域工作经验/ 具备SAP或相关企业资源管理系统使用知识/ 制造业相关工作经验将获得加分
2. Soft Skills
- Process design ability, have process improvement experience with VSDiA
- Good Project management skill
- Good understanding of Lean management and Agile (e.g. Scrum, Kanban...)
- Good communication skill and presentation skill
- Good Learning Ability, able to work out of the defined scope
