Job Description

Visual Asset Creation:

  • Assist in the creation of visual assets such as photos, videos, infographics, and art graphics for digital and print marketing campaigns.
  • Support the team with shooting and editing photos/videos for social media, website, email campaigns, and other marketing channels.
  • Help design and edit creative assets for social media posts, email templates, blogs, and website content

Marketing Collaterals:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and create marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, banners, and other print collateral.
  • Ensure all marketing collaterals adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.
  • Assist with the layout and design of promotional content and print advertisements.

Business Presentations:

  • Help design and format business presentations for internal and external use, ensuring they are visually compelling and aligned with brand standards.
  • Support the creation of pitch decks, client presentations, and sales materials.

Creative Support for Campaigns:

  • Assist in brainstorming and developing creative ideas for visual content that supports marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that visuals effectively communicate key messaging and resonate with the target audience.

Asset Management & Organization:

  • Help manage and organize visual assets in the digital asset management system, ensuring easy access for team members.
  • Support the maintenance and updating of visual content on company platforms, such as the website or social media channels.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
  • Basic knowledge of video editing and photo editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
  • Familiarity with design principles, typography, and color theory.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and contribute new ideas.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A portfolio showcasing previous design or creative work is highly preferred.
