Job Description
Internal Employee Events:
- Assist in designing and coordinating engaging internal events to promote employee engagement, culture, and team-building, including company-wide town halls, workshops, and social events.
- Support the logistics of employee engagement events, including venue selection, catering, equipment setup, and event registration.
- Help create event invitations, promotional materials, and internal communication to generate excitement and participation.
- Work with HR and department heads to ensure events align with employee needs and organizational goals.
Industrial Events:
- Assist with the coordination of external events, including trade shows, customer meetings, and business partner gatherings.
- Support the event planning process, including venue selection, vendor management, logistics coordination, and budget tracking.
- Help organize promotional materials, presentations, and event booths to ensure a professional brand presence at external events.
- Coordinate attendee registration, travel arrangements, and on-site support for both customers and internal teams.
- Support the planning and execution of external events such as industry conferences, trade shows, customer gatherings, and partner networking events.
- Assist in organizing events with industry associations, including seminars, panel discussions, and collaborative events with educational institutions.
- Coordinate logistics for industry events, including managing vendor relationships, registration processes, and travel arrangements.
Event Promotion and Marketing:
- Collaborate with the marketing communications team to promote events across various channels (email, social media, internal communications).
- Assist in developing event collateral, including flyers, presentations, and digital content, ensuring consistency with the brand’s messaging.
On-Site Event Support:
- Provide hands-on support during both internal and external events, including coordinating check-ins, overseeing event schedules, and troubleshooting any on-site issues.
- Help ensure that all logistics run smoothly and that event participants have a positive experience.
Post-Event Activities:
- Assist with collecting feedback from attendees and participants to evaluate the success of the events.
- Help prepare post-event reports, including attendance metrics, budget tracking, and recommendations for future events.
- Support with follow-up activities, including thank-you emails, event highlights, and any post-event communication.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A creative mindset with the ability to contribute fresh ideas to event planning and execution.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Detail-oriented with the ability to ensure smooth event execution and follow-through.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be adaptable to changing priorities.
- A passion for events and creating memorable experiences for employees, customers, and partners.
