Job Description
1.Customer order planner
Customer order and relationship management:
- Customer order management and strengthen partnership with customers
- Lead order planning and fulfillment via effectively communicate with related departments.
- Responsible for order fulfillment in whole product life cycle from new project launch (D-sample stage) to project EOP
- Corporate with oversea plants on CKD FG procurement and delivery
Demand planning and analysis:
- Monthly demand review with sales team and management team
- Customer behavior analysis, including customer order Lead time, demand fluctuation, forecast bias, safety stock etc.
- Focus on digital transformation in terms of demand planning
- Responsible for creating and optimizing a feasible and stable demand plan with good forecast quality
- Support on the logistical optimization of new and existing products, for efficient and optimized logistical flows and maximize the delivery performance
KPI monitor and improvements:
- Delivery logistics co-coordination to ensure 100% customer OTD performance and maintain high level customer satisfaction
- Inventory management for FG to ensure DIO and unhealthy stock level target
- Minimize special freight cost
- CIP projects
2. Procurement planner
- Procurement planning for productive raw materials based on customer demand and production plan, including sub-contracting planning, ship to line planning and supermarket min/max planning
- Bottleneck management
- Cooperate with manufacturing to detect capacity bottleneck and make proper components planning
- Cooperate with corporate purchasing for new supplier/localization projects
- Fast react towards market change
- Tracking and improve the supplier on time delivery performance
- Monitoring and optimization of inventory level
- Take effective measures to minimum premium freight cost under complex market situation
Digital supply chain management (SCM) champion
- LOP Xone Project core member
- SAP PEX/KU
- Investigate and develop digital solution for smart SCM (e.g. Intelligent agent, chatbot, etc.)
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or above, technical or logistical oriented (industrial Engineering, supply chain Management, etc.)
Logistics/supply chain planning (S-M-D), material and capacity planning process mainly at production and procurement planning
SAP/planning tool knowledge and planning process understanding
BPS/lean logistics knowledge
Logistics reporting and IT tool knowledge/understanding(excel, PPT)
Basic understanding of general controlling aspects mainly focus to logistics controlling
Project management experience as preferred

- Good time management, ability to deal with multi-tasks, prioritize and meet deadline
- Team player with strong communication skills (English is essential)
- Commercial awareness and good judgement
- Good coordination and conflict management skills
- Be proactive with passion, willing to work under pressure, diverse environment
Job Relevant Knowledge and Experience
- SAP system knowledge and demand planning experience
- Skill relevant to digitalization if preferred (Python/Power BI etc.)
- Good skills on Microsoft office software (Excel, PPT, Power BI)
