Job Responsibilities:

• Expertise in providing L1,L2 support in SharePoint and file share administration

• Solid understanding of SharePoint site management and configuration, including document libraries, permissions, and workflows.

• Expertise in File share administration , Windows Server administration, including configuration, management, and troubleshooting

• Good knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and user authentication practices.

   

• Preferred experience in Power BI, including dashboard/report development, data source configuration, and report troubleshooting.

   

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues quickly and efficiently.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members and end-users.

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

   

   

 Certifications (Preferred):

• ITIL knowledge or certification

• Microsoft Certified: Power BI or other data analytics certifications.

   

   

• Preferred SharePoint Certified Professional.

• Excellent communication and analytical skills

   

   

• Experience handling client stakeholders

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or software engineering.

Minimum of 5 years of Experience

B.E or Equivalent qualification
