Job Description
Job Summary:
Bosch is hiring a dependable and detail-oriented Picker/Packer to support the fulfillment of Sia Product within our warehouse operations. This role is critical to ensuring accurate and timely order preparation, with a strong emphasis on safety, quality, and performance. The ideal candidate demonstrates a high level of accountability and thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Pick and pack Sia Product accurately according to order specifications.
Repetitive lifting of up to 50 lbs., with occasional team lifting up to 100 lbs.
Operate manual pallet jacks regularly; use powered industrial trucks (PIT) as needed.
Perform product verification and quality control checks prior to shipment.
Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems to track inventory and movements.
Assist with cycle counting, inventory management, and warehouse organization.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area at all times.
Follow all safety guidelines, standard operating procedures, and company policies.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational efficiency.
Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of this role.
Standard shift is Monday through Friday. Weekend work (Saturday and occasional Sunday) may be required based on customer shipment needs.
Shifts range from 8 to 10 hours depending on sales volume and operational requirements.
Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
Experience:
Prior warehouse, distribution, or inventory experience preferred.
Experience with RF scanning equipment and cycle counting strongly preferred.
Technology:
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word is a plus.
Experience using warehouse management systems is beneficial.
Certification: Forklift certification preferred; Forklift training available if not certified.
Key Competencies:
High attention to detail with strong accuracy and quality focus.
Dependable, punctual, and capable of working independently or in a team.
Physically able perform manual labor for extended periods with or without accommodation.
Positive attitude and commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement.
Must be able to read and comprehend pick/pack tickets and instructions, complete basic written documentation, and perform simple math calculations related to counting.

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $17.23 - $20.48 per hour. Within the range, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc.
