Roles & Responsibilities :
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sustainability Expert with 7-10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sustainability and environmental management, with a passion for helping organizations achieve their sustainability goals.Responsibilities:

• Conduct sustainability assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement.

• Develop and implement sustainability strategies and action plans.

• Provide guidance and support to organizations in implementing sustainable practices.

• Analyze data and metrics to track progress and measure the impact of sustainability initiatives.

• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in sustainability.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive sustainability initiatives.

• Provide training and education to staff on sustainable practices and procedures.

• Assist in the development of sustainability policies and procedures.

• Engage with government agencies and community organizations to ensure compliance with regulations and promote sustainable practices.

• Support the analysis of environmental factors of the product portfolio.

• Competencies in the modeling of lifecycle assessments following ISO Standard 14067 with GaBi software from Sphera.

• Experience in the development or assessment of environmental product declarations.

• Development of an end-of-life model.Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in environmental science, sustainability, or related field (Master's degree preferred)

• 7-10 years of proven experience in sustainability consulting or related field

• Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and best practices

• Experience in addressing Scope 1 to 4 emissions as per the Greenhouse Gas Protocol

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders

• Project management experience is a plus
