Job Description
In this role, you will drive and coordinate complex HR projects in Learning & Development (L&D), working closely with senior management to align with business strategy. Your expertise in competence management, project coordination, and strategic learning initiatives will be essential in shaping the organization’s learning landscape. This position demands strong analytical capabilities, advanced presentation skills, and the ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partnering with key internal stakeholders to deeply understand their business needs, diagnose performance challenges, and design targeted solutions.
- Leading and managing high-priority strategic competence development projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Engaging with senior management and various stakeholders to integrate business analysis, define strategic learning outcomes, and drive implementation.
- Delivering high-impact presentations and workshops, effectively communicating complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Utilizing project management tools and methodologies to structure, track, and optimize L&D initiatives.
- Researching industry trends, innovative learning methodologies, and behavioral science applications to enhance training programs.
- Embedding the learning strategy across the organization and continuously improving L&D processes.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR project coordination and Learning & Development.
- Strong strategic mindset with experience in implementing large-scale competence management initiatives.
- Ability to work intensively on strategic topics, collaborating with senior management and cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills, capable of delivering complex topics to varied audiences.
- Experience with project management tools and data-driven decision-making.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and align L&D initiatives to business objectives.
- In-depth understanding of adult learning theories, neuroscience, and behavioral science.
- Proven ability to build strong stakeholder relationships across all organizational levels.
- High level of resilience, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
- Train-the-Trainer certification is an advantage.
