Your contribution to something big:

• Drive the development of the global category strategy, defining sub-category strategies aligned with internal and external requirements.
• Build and manage strong supplier relationships, developing and implementing supplier strategies, including consolidation and performance improvement.
• Lead cost analysis and optimization, including annual price negotiations, market scouting, and cost benchmarking.
• Oversee capacity management, contract management, and supply chain risk mitigation.
• Provide expert consultation to procurement colleagues on legal contract matters, ensuring compliance and strategic alignment.

Education

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Economics, or a relevant field.
• A degree from a renowned university is a plus.
• Legal knowledge is an asset.

Professional Experience

• 3+ years of experience in procurement, supplier management, and cost analysis.
• Proven track record of working with international stakeholders and suppliers in a dynamic environment.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to manage complex business relationships across international teams.
• Self-motivated, resilient, and adaptable to challenging situations.
• Team player with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to travel for business needs.

Languages

• Fluent in English.
• Knowledge of German is a plus.
