Main attributions and responsibilities:

• Role allocation: Acts as Single point of contact for SAP roles allocation to End users, including enhancement requests, creation and modification of user accounts, cleanup and managing of inactive accounts;
• Authorization Concepts: Presents concept to all involved stakeholders, structures and documents existing authorization concepts;
• Documentation & Training: Creates, maintains, and supports user guides and conducts trainings on SAP authorizations;
• Support & Troubleshooting: Handles user queries, resolves access issues, and troubleshoots authorization problems, clarify roles and request the corresponding authorizations for the users;
• Ticket Management & Escalation: Manages, assigns, escalates, and monitors support tickets;
• Team/Meeting Participation: Represents the authorization team in meetings and guides & supports various stakeholders (product owners, process experts, developers, accountants, etc.) in obtaining the correct roles;
• Audit & Licensing Support: Supports user security audits if required;
• Procedure Adherence: Follows established company procedures;
• Project Support: Acts as the main point of contact for role concepts clarifications, supports other project activities;
• Other Duties: Performs other related tasks as assigned.

Studies:

• University Diploma;
• High school Diploma.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Experience: 0-2 years of experience in SAP authorization management or a related IT field;
•  Demonstrable understanding of  SAP authorization principles is essential;
• SAP Knowledge: A foundational understanding of SAP security and authorization concepts, including roles, profiles, and authorizations, is required. Practical experience with SAP systems is a plus;
• Analytical Skills: Must possess strong analytical skills to assess user access requirements, identify potential security risks, and propose effective solutions;
• Communication and presentation Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills are crucial for interacting with users, technical teams, and management. Clear and concise communication is essential for documentation and training materials;
• Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to effectively troubleshoot authorization issues, identify root causes, and implement appropriate solutions is essential;
• Teamwork: Must be able to work collaboratively within a team environment, sharing knowledge and contributing to shared goals;
• Learning Agility: A willingness to learn new SAP technologies, security best practices, and company-specific processes is vital for ongoing development. A proactive approach to learning is highly valued.
