Job Description

  • Support active sales projects within global Power Solutions Ford customer team, including:
    • Direct Ford customer contact
    • Acquisition and business relationship activities
    • Business planning
    • Change management  
    • Commercial claims for series business including price and economic negotiations.
  • Support Project Management activities:
    • Sample order management including quote/P.O/Sample shop coordination for timely deliveries 
    • Sample forecasting 
    • Generating project dashboards  
    • Moderating one-Q assessments and following up with the team 
    • Coordinating with design team and Bosch India team to upload offer drawings to customer server
  • Support process improvement projects in customer team (i.e. via digitalisation, AI ....).

Qualifications

  • Degree or equivalent in Engineering or Business Studies required. Knowledge and interest in mobility and of Automotive systems highly advantageous.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, Business Development. Self-motivated and driven individual
  • Analytical mindset, Can-Do attitude. Attention to detail and quality.
  • Good presentation skills, Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Ability and interest to travel domestically and internationally to customers and related events for networking and development of professional relationships, sometimes at short notice. Full driving license highly advantageous since independent travel will be required.

Additional Information

This role will be based in Basildon, on a hybrid working pattern of a minimum of two days in the office a week.
