Job Description

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to drive the growth of our Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) business across the European region. The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and engaging new customers aligned with our strategic positioning, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding our market presence. This role requires a deep understanding of EMS, strong relationship management skills, and a proven track record in B2B sales.

Your contribution to something big: 

  • Develop and implement a sales strategy, aligned with the global strategy, to drive revenue growth and market expansion in the European region;
  • Accountable for business revenue, project margin level and forecast;
  • Identify, target, and engage potential customers in industries such as industrial, medical, energy, communication, automotive and others;
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders;
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to contract negotiation and closing deals;
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, production, and supply chain, to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction;
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and trends in the EMS sector;
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads;
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to customer needs;
  • Track sales performance, report on key metrics, and provide insights to improve sales processes and outcomes.

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field;
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the EMS industry or related sectors (electronics, contract manufacturing);
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies in a competitive market;
  • Strong technical understanding of electronic manufacturing processes and industry standards;
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills;
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships;
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently;
  • Willingness to travel within Europe as needed;
  • Fluency in English is required; additional European languages are a plus.
