• Presales & Technical Proposals: Support presales activities, conduct site surveys, and prepare technical proposals for IoT/digitalization, automation systems, and smart control devices.
• Training customer / OEM / SI about Rexroth's portfolio, technology, software…
• Project Management and Delivery: Ensure timely project execution, actively monitor progress, and address issues as needed.
• After-Sales Service: Perform maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting for installed customers across Northern Vietnam.
• Issue Resolution: Escalate and take ownership of service and project issues until fully resolved.
• Documentation & Compliance: Maintain reports and service records, adhere to company standards.

• Technical degree / BSc in either in Mechanical / Electronics / Electrical Engineering
• At least 3 years technical sales or service experience in Factory Automation or related field / industry
• Mandatory: Fluency in both spoken and written English
