Job Description

Our team is happy to welcome you. Here is what you will be doing if you choose to join the team:

Organization

  • Keeping close contact with the colleagues from our Bosch Headquarter and supporting the Project Management & Prototype central department with any organizational topics;
  • Organizing internal department meetings;
  • Periodic updating of the intranet page and of the accounts on the social or professional networks of the department.

Document management

  • Creating and distributing meeting minutes, including deadline monitoring;
  • Periodic updating of the department's organizational chart;
  • Correspondence in English;
  • Periodic updating of department-specific documents (procedures, processes, etc.).

Providing administrative support

  • Travel arrangements (according to budget and requirements) for all employees of the department;
  • Checking the time management system at the end of the month for the department. Monitoring of vacation and home office days;
  • Ordering and managing office equipment and consumables (with a minimum stock and/or with the Kanban office system);
  • Ensuring the stock of IT equipment in accordance with the needs of the department.

Assistance to the department manager

  • Organizing the agenda of the department manager (preparing the day before the daily folder for meetings, with presentations and documents);
  • Support for the preparation of various presentations and documentation;
  • Scheduling meetings.

Qualifications

Who you are:

  • You are an undergraduate student;
  • You have previous experience/internship within multicultural and multinational environment.

  • You have an initiative, precise, quality oriented mindset;

  • You are willing to travel occasionally.

The languages you should know:

  • English – a good level is mandatory;
  • German – a good level is an advantage.
