Roles & Responsibilities :
Your Responsibilities:
• As the Signavio Platform Consultant and Operations Expert, you are part of the team who is responsible for delivering the Signavio Platform Services to our internal Bosch users and making a significant contribution to a data-driven enterprise.

You will:
• Work with an international team, collaborating on the establishment, maintenance and operation and advancement of our extensive Signavio services. This includes coverage of all Modules (Process manager, Collaboration Hub, Process Governance and Journey Modeler)
• Support a huge customer community around the world by solving technical issues and provide expert consulting on their developed solutions.

. Support Consult customers in Process Modeling (Signavio) and Process Mining (Celonis)
• Work in an agile working style using Kanban and other methods.
• Execute comprehensive strategies to grow and foster the Signavio community, ensuring a robust and vibrant ecosystem.
• Ensure IT security and compliance of the platform according to internal regulations.
• Evaluate, test, and introduce new Extended services (mainly Inntegration scenarios)
• Align with various internal and external stakeholders and adjust / implement the requirements in the platform.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
 

Educational qualification:

B.e/B.Tech

Experience :

10+ years with min 4 years in Signavio and Celonis

Mandatory/requires Skills :
As mentjoned in Additional Information

Preferred Skills :
As mentjoned in Additional Information

3-5 years of experience in SAP Signavio with overall IT experience not less than 10 Years
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Very good knowledge on BPM (Business modelling Processes) architecture, artifacts and notations
- Deep understanding on SAP Signavio modules: Process Manager, collaboration Hub and process Governance
- Strong API development and debugging skills using Javascript with Python, Postman and other IDEs
- Experience working in agile environment and DevOps

-Proficiency in Celonis Data Model develooment, Process Mining skills

- Very Good Programming Knowledge inSQL, PL/SQL and ETL Knowledge, Very Good Programming Knowledge in Python, JAVA and able to write code, understand design patterns
- Exposure to different BPM notations (BPMN, CMMN, DMN)
- Basic knowledge on modelling tools such as Microsoft Visio, Enterprise Architect etc
- Basic knowledge on SAP processes such as O2C, P2O, B2C, B2B etc
