Job Description

Role Overview:

As the Assistant to the Managing Director, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the MD's strategic initiatives and daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Support: Collaborate with the MD to develop, implement, and monitor strategic action plans that align with the company's objectives.
  • Meeting Coordination: Organize and facilitate meetings, workshops, and events, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with company goals.
  • Communication Management: Act as the primary point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders, managing correspondence and communications effectively.
  • Project Management: Assist in tracking and following up on tasks and projects, ensuring timely and successful completion.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Prepare insightful presentations, reports, and analyses to aid in decision-making processes.
  • Cultural Stewardship: Support initiatives related to organizational change, transformation, and the cultivation of a positive company culture.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
    • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably supporting senior executives.
  • Skills:
    • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both professional English and Thai.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Experience with digital tools and platforms for project management and communication.
  • Attributes:
