• 负责车辆运动学控制系统架构设计以及和动力域、底盘域、自动驾驶域的系统接口定义
• Responsible for vehicle motion control system architecture design and define interface with powertrain, chassis and ADAS domain.
• 负责车辆运动学控制系统需求定义、系统集成和测试
• Responsible for vehicle motion control system requirement definition, system integration and test.
• 负责车辆运动学控制策略开发，包括车辆横向、纵向、垂向运动和三者融合控制，协调能量回收，牵引力控制，车辆动态稳定性控制等模块
• Responsible for algorithm design of vehicle motion control, including vehicle longitudinal/lateral/ vertical fusion control, blending recuperation, traction control, vehicle dynamic control, etc.
• 作为客户项目技术接口人，制定项目开发计划，协调内部资源，管理客户需求和工程变更.
• Acting as customer technical interface, define project plan, coordinate internal resources, manage customer requirement and engineering changes.

• >3年车辆稳定控制功能/牵引力控制相关的底盘控制系统、软件或标定经验

• >3 years system design, SW or calibration experience for VDC and TCS.

• Familiar with chassis control system design and SW development.

• 熟悉车辆动力学模型；

• Familiar with vehicle model.

• 具备一定的Matlab Simulink， C++能力

• Certain level capacity of Matlab Simulink, C++.

• 具备自动驾驶路径规划和控制相关经验优先

• Familiar with automatic motion planning and controlling is preferred.

• 熟悉PID、MPC、LQR等一种或多种车辆控制方法；

• Familiar with at least one of PID, MPC, LQR related vehicle control methods.

• 本科以上车辆控制领域专业

• Bachelor degree or above with automotive engineering background.

• 熟练的英语口语和读写能力

• Fluent English skill.
