- Test program and hardware development for series production for automotive ASIC
- Development and debug of test program and hardware
- Definition of test concept and test specification based on design spec
- Test time and yield optimization
- Release of test program for qualification and series production
- Support of designer in DFT(Design For Test) tasks
- Collaboration with worldwide team members (designer, production, quality management, etc.)

- Bachelor degree or above in Microelectronics or Electronics Engineering major
- Good knowledge of measurement techniques
- Good knowledge of programming languages and tools (C++, VB, ...)
- Basic knowledge of semi-conductor technology
- Basic knowledge of IC circuitry
- Self-motivated, excellent communication skills and team spirit
- English written and verbal; German as bonus
- Willingness to work and interact in international teams
- Flexible to travel to worldwide in order to release test program(1-2 month)
