Currently we are on the search of experienced Program Manager - Lead to coordinate activities in the next areas:

Resource management

• Disciplinary responsibility for associates working for Multimarket GBs (including managing leaves, CMT approvals, etc.)
• Participation in hiring process and onboarding of new hires
• Participation in Contribution Dialogs together with the target responsible

Project management

• Project management support for all Multimarket projects
• Tracking of project status and project escalation management 
• Stakeholder management – GBs and BGSW
• Project level contracting, proposal preparation, purchase orders, inputs for project billing  

Competency management

• Strategic competency planning and development in alignment with GBs and BGSW
• Training and development support for associates

Proxy for Location Lead:

• Inputs to Location Lead for associate development and engagement
• Support Location Lead in hiring and ramp-up of teams

• Education in in Engineering, Science, Businesses, Management or related fields. 
• 5+ years professional experience in hands-on Project Management of complex and cross-functional projects.
• Knowledge and understanding of different aspects of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for complex software projects.
• Experience in defining and setting-up of processes for SW projects. 
• Experience with structures design for SW projects.
• Experience in line management. 
• Experience in customer-facing roles (internal or external).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills. 
• Proficiency both in English and Polish language (both written and spoken).
