Job Description
Your contribution to something big
As part of this internship, you will engage in a diverse range of tasks, including:
- Improving products by testing prototypes and/or serial appliances
- Taking responsibility and contributing by coordinating project related topics
- Supporting the team and development projects with analytical studies or simulations
- Spreading and conserving knowledge by presenting and documenting test results or project findings
- Involving yourself in research by studying and assessing new development ideas
- Being creative and preparing or participating in development project related workshops
Duration of the internship: 6 months, preferably starting in March 2025
Location: on-site in our plant in Tranås, Sweden
Qualifications
What distinguishes you
- Currently studying Mechanical Engineering or equivalent in the Bachelor's or Master's
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Willingness to take on responsibility and drive work within your own initiative
- Effective communication, teamwork abilities and comfortable working in an international team environment
- Eagerness to learn and grow outside your field of studies
- Strong logical reasoning and attention to detail
- Critical thinking to analyze complex problems and dependencies
- Knowledge in thermodynamics, fluid mechanics and refrigeration
- Able to write engineering grade technical documentation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project)
- Basic knowledge of Matlab/Simulink is an advantage
