We are currently offering an exciting new opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us as an Account Manager. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity which will be a home office-based position in Perth, W.A (servicing both the Western Australian and South Australian Regions) and will involve regular domestic travel.

As an Account Manager, you will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, managing relationships with existing and new customers including merchants, developers, specifiers, architects, and engineers while actively seeking opportunities to expand Bosch’s market position. You will work closely with diverse stakeholders, ensure exceptional customer service, and contribute to achieving ambitious sales targets for the Home Comfort Division.

Position responsibilities will include:

  • Conduct sales activities with existing and potential customers to grow revenue and market share in your designated region.
  • Develop and implement proposals for both direct and indirect customers, securing new business opportunities in the new build and replacement sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support successful growth strategies.
  • Actively monitor market trends and developments, providing actionable market intelligence.
  • Deliver exceptional after-sales support, directly assisting customers with their day-to-day business needs.
  • Work with divisional teams to develop and execute marketing, promotional, and training programs in the region
  • Represent Bosch at trade shows, industry events, and customer presentations to enhance brand visibility and product demand.

Qualifications

We are looking for a conscientious professional with the ability to work across multiple business units, manage diverse topics and priorities, establish effective relationships across all levels of an organisation.

To be considered for this position you are required to meet the following criteria:

  • Tertiary business qualifications and / or experience within the plumbing, electrical, gas and renewables industries
  • Relevant industry experience within hot water and renewable energy appliances
  • Highly driven, self-motivated and results driven sales professional.
  • Demonstrated ability to work productively and respectfully as part of multi-functional team to achieve common goals.
  • Excellent time management and planned approach to the role.
  • Engaging nature who easily makes connections with people.
  • Enthusiastic self-starter who is able to perform with minimal supervision
